Good afternoon everyone.  Just a quick reminder that we will be completing the 2nd phase of our service migrations next Tuesday.  Thank you.

Maintenance - Tuesday 10/2/2018  6:00-8:00 pm - phase 1
Maintenance - Tuesday 10/9/2018  6:00-8:00 pm - phase 2


Scope(s) of work:
Upgraded  router hardware and change of local inbound calling service provider from AllStream to a new service contract with CenturyLink will be implemented.  The new hardware and the new CenturyLink local services has been tested off-line.

Affected Services/Agencies:
Inbound calls to affected agencies will be disrupted as service migrations are processed by CenturyLink moving service from AllStream to CenturyLink. Due to the large quantity of  DID telephone numbers in service - more than 4,000 extensions - the orders and service migration is being done in two phases.  The 1st phase on October 2,  and the 2nd phase on October 9.  The impacted agencies for each phase are listed below.

Testing to offices key or main numbers will be tested post service migration but, all Agencies are encouraged to ensure that services are functioning after the maintenance has concluded.  Thank you.
