FYI, we had moved our long distance services to a new router hardware last night. That appears to be the root of issues with one-way audio on outbound calls that many of you reported today. We have failed that service back to the "old" routers and have re-tested calls successfully. We believe this has resolved all of your reported outbound calling issues. We will reboot the new routers this weekend and do isolated testing and troubleshooting in the new equipment and if necessary with the State's long distance service provider. While we believe failing back to the old routers has resolved this issue, please report any new issues your staff may have when making outbound calls. If you could send us the time of the call and the number dialed that would be extremely helpful. Thank you.
