Risk Management is happy to announce that Kathy Adams has now assumed the role of Claims Technician following the retirement of Roger Cates.  Kathy has moved into the space formerly occupied by Roger, and her new phone number is 332-1848. Her email remains the same, kathy.adams at adm.idaho.gov<mailto:kathy.adams at adm.idaho.gov>

We welcome Mike Bartz as Kathy's replacement as TRS for Risk Management.  Mike will now have the main phone extension for Risk Management, 332-1869.  His email is michael.bartz at adm.idaho.gov<mailto:michael.bartz at adm.idaho.gov>

Please direct all reports of new incidents or claims to Mike.  He is responsible for initial file creation and distribution of materials.  Please do not contact the claim technician or adjudicators for new claim reports, as it will slow our process.

When a claim is assigned to a claims person, all communication should then be directed to the person assigned.  Mike can check that for you if you don't have the claim number or know who was assigned.
