[StateGIS] REMINDER: next Imagery TWG rescheduled for Nov. 6th

Apologies for the late cancellation of yesterday's Imagery Technical
Working Group meeting. IDWR encountered IT issues which left the
department without email or internet (GoToMeeting). Hopefully, no one
was inconvenienced too badly by the late cancellation. 

I have re-scheduled our next meeting for November 6th. We will have more
information on the 2013 NAIP progress by then. Hope everyone is
available to attend (either in person or by phone)!
