[StateGIS] 2015 NAIP update from APFO

Hello Imagery Users!

Below is a quick update from USDA/APFO/FSA regarding the 2015 NAIP data collection. If you have any questions, feel free to give me a call (Margie Wilkins [IDWR] 208.287.4884)

The 2015 Idaho NAIP imagery acquisition deadline has been extended due to the active fire season we've been experiencing

*         Original flying season: June 10-Aug 15

*         Current extension: September 25

*         Keep in mind, extensions will continue until the whole state is acquired.


Check out the 2015 NAIP Acquisition Map<http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=3b3f6e3093624c74bee4e2fe69c8ef40> to see the latest acquisition status for Idaho (and the rest of the country).


APFO (the FSA imagery division) will receive final production NAIP within 30 days of the final image being acquired. I will keep you updated via announcements to this GeoTech List Serve.
