Feel free to forward to other people - even if they are not planning on using AGOL, but just know what is possible to have done. Below is the info about the session: We have some new people to the ArcGIS Online group and some that have not done very much and might need a basic refresher class. Some people have also been sending other staff just so they know what can be done, even though some are not planning on using AGOL themselves. We are going to have a basic introduction class. Some important points to know about this standard: * The standard effects only State interagency sharing - it does not address or provide guidance for sharing with the public, customers or other entities. * The standard only sets a minimum for the format that needs to be available for other agencies. * Agencies can share in any other formats they agree on. * Agencies can make their data available in as many additional formats as they want, so long as they provide at least one of the approved data formats. * Map services is the preferred way to share data Please let me know if you have any questions or feedback by Friday, January 29.
