[Stategism] Parking for OITS meeting this Wednesday

Good morning,

If you will be attending this Wednesday's OITS Town Hall meeting, there are a couple of options for parking...


  1.  The 3-hour visitor lot on State St. (between 5th and 6th) - NO permit needed
  2.  If you will be driving a state vehicle, there is state vehicle parking available on the top floor of Garage #1 - NO permit needed
  3.  If you will be driving your personal vehicle, and would like to request a permit for the permitted spaces on the top floor of Garage #2, please let me know as soon as possible (state vehicles are not allowed in these spaces) - Permit REQUIRED

*** Because we are expecting high attendance for this meeting, Facilities has issued me 35 permits (which is the maximum they can issue) for the permitted spaces in Garage #2.  PLEASE NOTE:  The parking spaces in Garage #2 are first come, first serve, so there is no guarantee parking will be available, even WITH a permit.
