Erin,

I decided to do my own research beyond the reference sent.  The first article below from Mar 28th seems to be all sunshine and lollypops about Ligado not interfering with GPS receivers.  Evidently the other articles all cast doubt on the state of testing for interference.  I have read enough to be convinced to support the proposed statement to the FCC.

If Wilma thinks it beneficial, perhaps having these additional documents would help shorten the discussion.
