UPDATE FROM THE 2019 NSGIC BI-ANNUAL CONFERENCE:

Bob Smith, acting GIO, attended the 2019 NSGIC Bi-Annual Conference in Snowbird, Utah during the week of September 23, 2019.  Bob took detailed notes from the conference, which include links to the conference agenda, as well as links to what other states are up to and details from Jack Dangermond's keynote address.
