[Agencyitmanagers] Spoofing Attacks/Social Engineering

PLEASE SEE THE MESSAGE BELOW FROM DIEGO CURT:

FYSA - Be on the alert that Director Susan Buxton's email address is being spoofed.

Please alert users.

The attachment has the original phish. Please do not open the attachment unless you are a technician that needs to exam it.

Also note, it is difficult to block spoofing attempts for a variety of technical reasons. Security Awareness is the best defense. The attack is depending on the end user not paying attention to the spoofed email address. Educate users to review the actual email address to make sure it is a legitimate address.
