[Agencyitmanagers] Billing adjustments - Office of IT Services Annual Agency Billings (FY20)

This week, our office will be mailing out letters to your agency directors/administrators detailing credit/bill adjustments we have made to two (2) of our annual billings following an extensive review with the Division of Financial Management.  The adjustments mean a credit or return of some funds to every agency who was billed.  The original billings were sent out in August.

If your agency has already paid one or both of these bills, our financial section will process a refund for the appropriate portion.  For agencies who have not yet paid, an appropriate adjustment will be made to your outstanding invoices.  The billings that have been adjusted are:

  *   Idaho Technology Authority (ITA) billing
  *   Internet/Security and State Network billing

If your agency is not billed for these items you may disregard this email.

If you would like me to email you the specific credit/adjustment amounts for your agency, please email me and I would be happy to forward that information to you individually.  Please also include any additional staff (such as fiscal) whom you would like me to include.
