Good afternoon,

As our agency customers are now preparing for the possibility of staff working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ITS is in the process of creating informational "how to" documents covering a variety of areas to help facilitate a "work from home" environment.

We have begun to post these resources on our website at:  https://its.idaho.gov/how-to-resources/

If you are receiving this email, you are one of my points of contact for your agency.  Please forward this link to all of your impacted staff and check this site frequently for updated information.  We will post updated information and resources as soon as possible.

*NOTE:  If our Service Desk staff must work from home, phone support will be limited.  We recommend customers use email or the self-service portal to create support tickets.  If customers choose to call, they must leave a message, which will create a ticket.  A technician will call them back.
