WAN List Members,

As you are aware, we (ITS) have been working through some significant network issues that started to occur at around 10am on 6/25/18, and became severe from about 4pm on 6/25/18.
We had several staff internally, and staff from other agencies assisting in the troubleshooting efforts. We also engaged Cisco TAC, and had Cisco representation on site for most of the morning of 6/26/18.

At this time, we do not have a root cause identified, but are continuing to analyze the data and will work towards a determination of the cause.

Once I have more information related to the outage, I will pass on via this list.

You can also call me directly to discuss details, and if there are any ongoing issues, please let me know.
