Patrick,
You might want to let the list serve members know that starting tomorrow, April 3, the main entrance to the federal courthouse in Boise will be closed for a couple of months.  We will all be entering through the VA entrance on 5th St. for the duration of the project.  There will also be fewer public parking spots in front of the building as a result of the construction, and I understand Judge Dale has a 10 day jury trial coming up.  No one is really sure about whether things will get backed up or not, but it might be wise to leave a little extra time just in case.
