[CLBS] ECF Password Change Problems?

My experience has been the same as Savi. I changed my password too early. Then changed it again on Friday after the change over with no issues. The new password is working fine. Laura

I had no problem using the new password.  Originally, I changed my password before Noon last Thursday and on Thursday afternoon it did not work.  I then went in and changed it again and have had no problem since.

Mine went fine.  We were down before noon but the resent went without a hitch and we filed a case later in the day.

Keisha-

I had the same problem except I could log into the bk court, but not the district court. Then I talked to LaDonna at the courthouse in Pocatello - 478-4144. She was able to fix the problem.
