[CLBS] Proof of Claim

My client objected to a proof of claim and we have reached an agreement with the creditor on an amount.  They will be filing an amended proof of claim.

I do not see anything in the code that requires us to get court approval for our settlement agreement on the claim.  The creditors attorney does not do bankruptcy and has asked if he needs to submit supporting documentation for the amended claim.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
