Hello Suzanne,

Thank you for forwarding the comments from the listserv by the attorneys 
who were experiencing problems getting through to the Clerk's Office.  We 
experienced a spike of callers today from both the Bankruptcy and District 
Court communities on resetting passwords.  To address the problem, we've 
added additional staff to take calls, as well as increased the number of 
voice mails that can be left on the ECF line.  Part of the problem that 
the attorneys experienced in not getting through to the Clerk's Office 
line was due to the voicemail system reaching the limit of the number of 
voice mails that can be left on our system.

The fixes we put into place will resolve attorneys not be able to get 
through to our phone line.  If they don't reach a live person, they will 
be able to leave a voice mail and the Clerk's Office staff will try to 
respond within 30 minutes to an hour of the voice mail.  Thank you again 
for bringing these issues to my attention.  Please let the members of the 
listerv know that we appreciate their patience as well as their feedback. 
If the attorneys are still experiencing problems, please have them call 
the ECF Help Desk line again at 208.334.9258.
