I was unable to attend the Bankruptcy Section Seminar and do the presentation on Discharging Taxes and Obtaining and Reading IRS Transcripts. I will do them as online webinars. I have set aside April 25 from 2pm to 4pm to do the presentation.  I have applied to the ISB for CLE credit for the webinar

If you are interested, it is very simple to attend online.  Just do the following:

1.  Send me an email to attorney at martellelaw.com advising me you want to attend.
2.  Be available 10 minutes before the webinar and I will send you an invitation and share my screen with you.
3.  I will send you the webinar documents by email.

This is a complicated area of law.  I will only be able to cover the basics, but it should be helpful in your practice.  Feel free to have staff or any other attorneys who might be interested attend.  Just get me an email for each person attending.
