[CLBS] Software Bug Issue

Please be advised that my office is working through a software bug issue,
which appears to have resulted in the loss of some emails/files.  If you
recently sent me an email (to janine at reynardtrustee.com) regarding a case,
can I please bother you to *re-send* me the email, so that I can respond
accordingly.  Hopefully, I will be able to retrieve all information in the
meantime.
