[CLBS] panel presentation and group discussion of recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions: Did they get it right this time?

Please join a distinguished panel for a panel presentation and group discussion, presented by the Idaho Chapter of the American College of Bankruptcy, focusing on the impact of several of these recent decisions, including Bank of America v. Caulkett; Wellness International Network v. Sharif; Baker Botts v. Aasarco; Bullard v. Blue Hills Bank; and Harris v. Viegelahn.

The American College of Bankruptcy panel members include Bankruptcy Judge Jim D. Pappas; Ford J. Elsaesser; Larry E. Prince; Randall A. Peterman; and Joseph M. Meier.

When: 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on July 21, 2015

Location: The Auditorium on the First floor, 720 W. Park Blvd., Boise, Idaho (same building where the Boise 341 meetings are conducted).
