Dear CLBS members,
I represent a person who co-signed a loan for a friend that was
supposed to repay the loan from their IRS tax refund, but (not surprisingly)
failed to do so. We obtained a default judgment and my client asks if we
can execute (levy or garnish) their IRS tax refund this year? I tried to
once, but wonder if this is possible, so any input or forms would be
appreciated either on or off line .
