Mr Maynes, I am Michelle Lippert. I educate military individuals on finance at Mountain Home AFB. I am looking for a speaker to talk to individuals about the bankruptcy process, the different types of bankruptcy and the black and white issues that cannot be discharged, ie child support, income tax, etc.
The class is a 6 week class called Credit When Credit is Due. Next week 8 Nov the topic is bankruptcy. I would really like to have someone who works in bankruptcy teach the subject. The time would be 6:00 - 7:00pm on MHAFB.
Thank you for your consideration of this request.

Good afternoon. I am Michelle Lippert. I work at Mountain Home AFB at the Airmen and Family Readiness Center.
My job is to educate individuals about personal finance. We present a class called Credit When Credit is Due. One of the topics is Bankruptcy. I was wondering if you had someone who could teach that subject. I would like them to teach what kind of debt can be discharged, how the process works, the difference between Chapter 13 and 7, etc.
The class is next Tuesday 8 Nov from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
Thank you for your consideration of this request.
