[CLBS] In re Segura

After Ms. Twomey's presentation on contingent property interests at the
Seminar in Coeur d'Alene, she had a number of people approach her regarding
class action tort settlements.  Most were regarding mesh implants.

Ms. Twomey has asked that I share with you this latest decision from Ohio,
In re Segura, regarding this issue.
