Hi Listmakes,
I represent a Landlord whose tenant took fixtures (like refrigerator, air
compressor, grill, etc.) from the premises upon vacation, leaving damaged
walls, cut off plumbing, etc. The police know where the property is. It is
not clear whether or not the prosecutor will prosecute criminally and return
the stolen items. I want to get a prejudgment writ of attachment; but I
haven't gone through this process before. Is anyone willing to share a
sample of an application for pre-judgment writ of attachment and any advice?
Thank you,
Susan
