[CLBS] A means test law school exam question

Debtor husband is a veteran of combat and got PTSD and is now disabled and
on veteran's disability, debts were mostly from while he was serving active
duty.  His wife is employed by Homeland Security and the debts were also
incurred during her time working there.  Does the means test exemption
cover both spouses, or not?
