[CLBS] Fwd: BREAKING: Utah Ethics Bar on Bifurcation and Factoring

I was able to acquire this copy of a Response/Objection to the Utah Bar
Opinion issued 27 September 2017. I think it is very thoughtful, detailed,
and provides issues that should be considered. I have heard the Utah Bar
Opinion referenced in court at least once with the Court airing its
concerns. Apparently there is a contrary Arizona Bar Opinion. I tried to
find it.

Here is an opinion on whether an attorney can accept referral fees for
'credit-challenged' customers.

This may be the one referenced in Court, but I am not certain.
