[CLBS] Post confirmation Ch. 13 clients get divorced - now want to convert to 7

Can I simply convert their case because the case relates back to the date of filing the Chapter 13 petition?

She now has separate living expenses. At this time, I don't think there have been any new assets acquired, but the new expenses including his new child support and spousal support make a Chapter 13 impossible to maintain.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
