[CLBS] Student Loan issue

I had a couple who paid off all debts in Chapter 13 100% plan, and got a
discharge.  We made sure all the student loans also made their claims in
the Chapter 13, there were some subsidized and some unsubsidized, some from
government, some private.

Yet all 4 of the creditors are now saying they still owe various amounts,
from 1800 to 200, and if they didn't claim enough in the 13 to cover the
full amount, it is still the borrowers problem.  I have never dealt with
this issue and if any of you have an insight on this I would like to hear
about it.  Thanks
