[CLBS] Proceeds from sale of house

Sorry. I'm going to put this on again to see if anyone has any more brilliant ideas. Clients sold home and banked the proceeds. Unfortunately the husband lost his job and they have had to live on most of the money. There is 13,000.00 left that the trustee is objecting to the exemption. They have actively been looking for a house but there are none in their price range with him not working do not qualify for a loan. They sold their home in June. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you.
