[CLBS] Sample motion to sell vehicle outside ordinary course in business CH 11 (insider and/or 3rd party buyer)

Can someone send me a sample motion to sell a vehicle outside the ordinary
course of business in a business chapter 11 case? An insider wants to
purchase but it's possible they won't so I want to tee up both situations.
