Gentlemen,

I've become aware that issues regarding zero down bankruptcies and factoring have become a topic of discussion. I'm attaching for your information the Bankruptcy Court's memorandum decisions in the Grimmet, the District Court's opinion on appeal in Grimmet, and an order entered in the Hirsch case.  Also attached is a Utah State Bar ethics opinion. Feel free to share them.
