We hope you can join us at our annual seminar in McCall.  Our event begins at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2020 and ends at noon on Saturday, February 8.

We've worked hard to keep the event as affordable as possible.  In fact, thanks to the generous support of the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts, the registration cost is lower than it was the last time we went to McCall seven years ago.  And your registration fee will include both your Friday dinner at the banquet and your lunch earlier that day.

We're excited about our presenters.  Six bankruptcy judges will be joining us, including Judge Brian Lynch, from Tacoma, a nationally-renowned expert on chapter 13.  Jim Wilton, an attorney in private practice who represented the respondent in the U.S. Supreme Court case Mission Products Holdings v Tempnology, will be visiting from Boston to describe the experience.

Philadelphia lawyer Mark Gittelman, author of the new ABI Book Navigating Banking in Bankruptcy, will share his secrets.  JB Evans, fresh off his appearance on Jeopardy!, will be doing his best Alex Trebek impersonation as he leads a Jeopardy!-style game focused on life's truly important questions; namely, those involving bankruptcy law.  Bill Rochelle, the ABI editor-at-large, will deliver his up-to-the-minute insights.  And many of our own Idaho colleagues, including Amber Dina, Kelly Greene McConnell, and Holly Roark, will also be addressing important subjects.
