Note that Justice Sotomayor's concurrence cites to a 1983 decision of Idaho bankruptcy judge Merlin Young!  In re Larimer, 27 B.R. 514 (Bankr. D. Idaho 1983).
The plaintiff in that case was long-time chapter 7 trustee L.D. Fitzgerald.  Mr. Fitzgerald's attorney was now-judge Jim D. Pappas.
