There already is a form for Sub V plans; it's an "official form" for what that's worth.

Subject: [CLBS] Form Chapter 11 and Sub Chapter V plan

Good afternoon,

The board seeks input from our section on the concept of form plans for chapter 11 and sub chapter 5 plans.

1) Do you support or not support them and why; and
2) Do you already use form plans; can you send them to everyone; and what other districts have good form plans we can look at.

We appreciate everyone's input. You can respond to everyone or just me.

And don't forget the annual conference is coming up February 5th!!!!!
