[CLBS] Cross-Border Trust

I have a client who is a Canadian citizen that owns property in Sandpoint.  His Canadian accountant's want an opinion from a US attorney that the Trust my client set up will qualify as a Cross-Border Trust.

Anyone have a referral for a Cross-Border trust expert?
