Found out in a 341 that clients paid $2100 from their tax refund for child
care this summer.  The facility is apparently the only game in town (it's a
well-off resort community) and they require full payment for the whole
summer to save your spot, and they've done this the last few years.  Family
needs the child care so husband and wife can work.  Trustee says it is a
prepayment that needs turned over.

I think it's an ordinary course payment that is defensible, but come at me
if you think I'm wrong.
