Does anyone represent, or know who represents, Harley Davidson Financial/Harley Davidson Credit Corp.?

I had a client successfully complete his Ch. 13 plan and receive a discharge. Harley is refusing to turn over the title to a now paid-in-full motorcycle. My letters and faxes are being ignored.
