[CLBS] question on financing

Obviously with the price of houses, I'm sure there are non-traditional
lenders willing to give 2nd mortgage options to people who are rebuilding
from Chapter 7, before the time limits for government backed loans.  Has
anyone found good options in Idaho to work with on this?
