Hello list mates,

The Idaho State Tax Commission will be issuing tax rebates again this year.  More information regarding this rebate can be found here: https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/-FklCkRLj7fqX2DoT2gvkJ?domain=tax.idaho.gov

Pursuant to the Income Tax Turnover Order, your friendly chapter 13 trustee asks that you debtors' counsel out there inquire with your chapter 13 clients as to their receipt of the tax rebates and remind them that they may need to turnover the tax rebate just as they would any tax refund.  You may also want to inquire as to whether they received and turned over the tax rebate they received last year as well.
