[NCASG] Survey Procurement

Hi all,

I am working on a new RFQQ for comp and benefit survey services. This procurement will be used to create a pool of vendors to administer our State Salary and Department of Corrections surveys as well as ad hoc comp consulting needs that may arise. Our last RFQQ was done in 2015 and received only 3 bids. I hope to draw from the collective wisdom of our group for a better ROI on the new procurement.
