[NCASG] Management of Classification and Compensation of Union Positions Survey

Good Afternoon,

Delaware is currently in the middle of an RFI for a Classification Project involving reevaluation of all classifications, class specifications and job requirements.  Our analysis brought up questions and we would like to know how other States are handling similar situations.

Attached is a Brief Survey with Delaware's responses displayed.  I would appreciate if you could take a few minutes to respond.

As usual the sooner the better however if you could respond by Friday, September 25, 2020, that would be great!
