[NCASG] recommendations for recruitment firms for social workers

Hello Darby,
We do not have any agencies using recruitment firms; however, we are also experiencing difficulties in Social Workers recruitment.

Side note/FYI:  I worked in a college campus in Career Opportunities & Employer Relations in my previous positon.  Most college campus have a database (ours was Handshake and a lot of other colleges use this too) that jobs could be posted for the students to see.  The college advisors and our department had a lot of training directed towards students to use that platform prior to searching individual employer sites for job postings (easier one stop shop to thousands of jobs)  this could be an idea if she is looking for a cheaper option.

Although recruiting has been difficult for these titles in Louisiana as well, we are not aware of the agencies using recruiting firms.

Greetings from Alabama where the countdown to college football has begun !

Our Human Services department is in desperate need for social workers and are looking to hire a recruiting firm to help the department recruit by going to schools, talking to students,  sort of an all out blitz to try and get people to take these jobs.  Anyone had any luck with any recruitment companies? Or on the flip side, any you wouldn't hire again ?  Any help is greatly appreciated !
