[NCASG] Recruiting and Retention Strategies

Good afternoon NCASG Colleagues,



Wyoming is facing some difficult recruiting and retention issues. Outside
of pay, has your state implemented any strategies to assist in attracting
new talent? Are there specific areas or institutions you use to assist in
recruiting (such as career fairs or LinkedIn)? If retention is an issue,
have you implemented any practices to keep employees, including pay? If
these strategies are only for certain departments or occupations, which
areas are of focus?



We recognize this is a broad question, but we are open to any assistance
and advice even if it is limited to departments or occupations.
