[NCASG] Information Request - FLSA Non-Exempt Employees

Hi NCASG Colleagues,

The State of Oregon is interested in gathering addition data regarding your state's FLSA non-exempt positions. If you are able to provide a timely response to the questions below, we would greatly appreciate it!

1. What is the approximate makeup of your exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e. 80% exempt, 20% non-exempt)?
2. Of your positions classified as FLSA non-exempt, are they paid on a salary or hourly basis?
3. How often are FLSA non-exempt employees paid (monthly, bi-weekly, etc.)?
