Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy:
The annual salary range for the Executive Director, Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy is $79,342 to $117,686, with the incumbent being paid near the top of this range. Preferred qualifications include: Pharmacy degree, active license to practice as a pharmacist, familiarity with all aspects of pharmacy practice and health care policy, and demonstrated management capabilities. The MA Board of Registration in Pharmacy is an agency of the Bureau of Health Professions Licensure within the Department of Public Health. The agency consists of 20 employees and had an annual budget of $1.25M in FY20.

Just a quick survey about the Executive Director position at your Board of Pharmacy - if you have separate regulatory board for Pharmacy. If you could provide your salary range minimum and maximum, and current pay it would much appreciated. A response by January 20 would be great.
For Minnesota the salary range for this position is $104,484 to $149,480, with our present Executive Director paid at the top of the range. It is a requirement that the individual be a Pharmacist, and the Board has 24 staff positions and a $4.3 million annual operating budget.
We have recently completed a Hay Study for the position, and are evaluating our market position. This is a position in Minnesota that is assigned to a range higher than Hay Points would indicate due to labor market considerations.
