[NCASG] Geographic Adjustments for Benefit Data

Hi Terri,

In Louisiana, benefits do not vary by geographic region. However, sometimes special entrance rates (a policy established by an agency for hiring above the minimum as a result of recruiting/retention difficulties) or premium pay (a policy established by an agency that provides an additional non-base premium as a result of recruiting/retention difficulties) may take on the look of a geographic differential due to local market conditions.
