[NCASG] Incentives for receiving the COVID-19 Vaccine

Brandy,

Wyoming is offering one hour of administrative leave to get the vaccine
approved case by case by the Human Resources Administrator. We are also
offering administrative leave for those who experience adverse reactions to
the vaccine that may prevent them from working also approved case by case
by the Human Resources Administrator.
