The State of Kansas is offering administrative leave to employees to get the vaccine. We are also offering administrative leave for those who experience adverse reactions to the vaccine that may prevent them from working.

I know many of us are still awaiting additional guidance from the federal government but are any other states planning to offer an incentive for getting the vaccine?
If so, do you know what you plan to offer? Also, how will you handle employees who are not getting the vaccine due to things such as religious practices?
