I hereby propose an updated organization, NCASCG!  National Compensation Association of State and City Governments

In New York, we regularly work with our cities, towns, and villages. We do not control their compensation, but make recommendations on titles, minimum qualifications, exams, and grade allocation structure.

Good morning NCASG Friends!

I have accepted a Lead Comp Analyst role with the City of Boise effective January 3, 2023. While I am looking forward to this new adventure, I am very sad to have to leave this AMAZING group. NCASG was truly the largest CON for me to leave the State, but I just couldn't turn down this opportunity. I am working with the Executive Committee to ensure a smooth transition of my Secretary/Treasurer duties.

My last day in office at IDHR is December 16th.
