[NCASG] West Virginia - Fish Hatchery Classifications

Good afternoon,

The State of West Virginia is revising and/or drafting class specifications
to better fit the needs of our state fish hatcheries. We are interested in
similar classifications within your states.

If you have classifications for your fish hatcheries, please let us know
their names, how many levels you have, and share the class specifications
if you have them.

I have attached our current classifications for your reference.
